No, the base currency of an existing trading account cannot be changed once it has been created.
If you wish to use a different base currency, you can open a new trading account in your preferred currency through your Client Portal. Simply:
- Log in to Your Client Portal: Use your credentials (email and password) to access the system.
- Navigate to the Platforms Section: Once logged in, locate and click on the “Platforms” tab in the main navigation menu.
- Select Your Trading Platform: Choose either MT4 or MT5 as your preferred trading platform.

Start by Adding an Account: Press “Add Account”. On the next screen, pick your trading product and then choose the base currency.

Posso cambiare la valuta base del mio conto di trading?
No: la valuta base di un conto di trading già esistente non può essere modificata dopo la sua creazione.
Se desideri utilizzare una valuta base diversa, puoi aprire un nuovo conto di trading nella valuta che preferisci tramite il tuo Portale clienti. Ti basta seguire questi passaggi:
- Accedi al tuo Portale clienti: utilizza le tue credenziali (e-mail e password) per entrare nel sistema.
- Vai alla sezione “Piattaforme”: una volta effettuato l’accesso, individua e clicca sulla scheda “Piattaforme” nel menu principale.
- Seleziona la tua piattaforma di trading: scegli MT4 o MT5 in base alle tue preferenze.
- Aggiungi un nuovo conto: clicca su “Aggiungi conto”. Nella schermata successiva, seleziona il prodotto di trading poi scegli la valuta base.
Una volta creato il nuovo conto, potrai trasferire fondi internamente dal tuo conto esistente, se necessario.
