How To Update My Email?
If you wish to change your registered email address to a new one, please follow the steps below to request the update through our Support Team:
- Compose an Email
Send an email to support@tradequo.com - Email Subject Line
Use the following subject format:
“Request to Change Registered Email – Client ID: [Your Client ID]” - Include Your Personal Details
In the body of the email, please provide the following information: - Full Name
- Client ID
- Phone Number
- Old Email Address
- New Email Address (to be updated)
- Complete Identity Verification
Once we receive your request, our Support Team will send you a verification link. Please complete the identity verification process to confirm your update. The request will be proceeded within 24 hours.
