You can easily reset your MT4/MT5 password by following these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Client Portal.
Step 2: From the menu, go to the Platforms section.
Step 3: Under the Platforms section, select either MT4 or MT5.
Step 4: Select the MT4/MT5 account for which you want to reset the password.
Step 5: In the Settings section, find Password and click Change. You will see two options:
- Change Master Password or Investment Password
Master password: Grants you full access to your trading account.
Investment password: This is a read-only password that allows limited access to your account, enabling you to view opened and closed trades but not place any new trades.
Step 6: Check your email for the new password.
