To make an internal transfer, please follow these steps:
- Log in to Your Client Portal: Use your credentials (email and password) to access the system.
- Navigate to the Funds Section: Once logged in, locate and click on the “Funds” tab in the main navigation menu.
- Select the Transfer Option: Within the Funds section, choose “Transfer” from the dropdown menu to continue with the internal transfer process.
- Select E-Wallet (Electronic Wallet): Choose the preferred E-Wallet that you wish to transfer your funds to your preferred trading account.
- Choose an account: Select from the available trading accounts and choose the account you would like to receive the funds.
- Enter the details : Specify the amount you wish to transfer or simply click the percentage option and click transfer.
- Confirm and complete the transaction: Review the transaction summary and click “Confirm.”

Check your transaction history: Once the transaction is processed, the funds will be transferred to your preferred account.
Note: Transfer can only be carried out between accounts of the same currency. If you wish to transfer from another E-wallet currency, you will need to perform currency exchange in order to proceed with the transfer.

- 输入转账详情: 输入您希望转账的金额,或点击百分比选项选择金额,然后点击 “Transfer”。
- 确认并完成交易: 查看交易摘要并点击 “Confirm” 确认操作。
- 查看交易记录: 一旦交易处理完成,资金将转入您所选定的账户。
注意: 转账只能在相同货币的账户之间进行。如果您想从不同货币的电子钱包进行转账,则需先进行货币兑换。
