How can I reset my password in the client portal?
If you’ve forgotten your Client Portal login password, you can easily reset it by following these steps:
- Go to the TradeQuo login page and click the “Forgot Password” link (displayed in red).
Alternatively, you can go directly to this link: https://my.tradequo.com/en/auth/reset-password. - Enter the email address you used to register with TradeQuo, then click Continue.
- You will receive a verification code by email. Enter the code in the provided field and click Continue.
- Create a new password and click Continue. Ensure your new password meets the requirements displayed on the page.
- Your new password has been set. Use it to log in and complete the process.
