To make an internal transfer, please follow these steps:
- Log in to Your Client Portal: Use your credentials (email and password) to access the system.
- Navigate to the Funds Section: Once logged in, locate and click on the “Funds” tab in the main navigation menu.
- Select the Transfer Option: Within the Funds section, choose “Transfer” from the dropdown menu to continue with the internal transfer process.
- Select E-Wallet (Electronic Wallet): Choose the preferred E-Wallet that you wish to transfer your funds to your preferred trading account.
- Choose an account: Select from the available trading accounts and choose the account you would like to receive the funds.
- Enter the details : Specify the amount you wish to transfer or simply click the percentage option and click transfer.
- Confirm and complete the transaction: Review the transaction summary and click “Confirm.”

Check your transaction history: Once the transaction is processed, the funds will be transferred to your preferred account.
Note: Transfer can only be carried out between accounts of the same currency. If you wish to transfer from another E-wallet currency, you will need to perform currency exchange in order to proceed with the transfer.

Fonları tercih ettiğiniz işlem hesabına aktarmak için kullanmak istediğiniz E-Cüzdanı seçin. -
Bir hesap seçin:
Mevcut işlem hesapları arasından seçim yapın ve fonları hangi hesapta görmek istediğinizi belirleyin. -
Detayları girin:
Aktarmak istediğiniz tutarı yazın veya yüzdelik seçeneğine tıklayarak belirleyin ve Transfer seçeneğine tıklayın. -
İşlemi onaylayın ve tamamlayın:
İşlem özetini gözden geçirin ve “Onayla” butonuna tıklayarak onaylayın. -
İşlem geçmişinizi kontrol edin:
İşlem tamamlandığında, fonlar seçtiğiniz hesaba aktarılacaktır.
Not: Transfer işlemleri yalnızca aynı para birimine sahip hesaplar arasında gerçekleştirilebilir.
Farklı bir para birimindeki E-cüzdandan transfer yapmak istiyorsanız önce para birimi dönüştürme işlemi yapmanız gerekir.
