Yeni bir işlem hesabı açamıyor olmanızın nedeni, hesap sayısı limitine ulaşmış olmanız olabilir.
Hesap limiti:
Her hesap türü — Standart, Ham, Limitsiz ve Sıfır (yalnızca MT5’te mevcuttur) — MT4 ve MT5 platformları genelinde, her para birimi için en fazla iki (2) işlem hesabı ile sınırlandırılmıştır.
Örnek:
Seçtiğiniz işlem para birimi USD ise, her hesap türü için aşağıdaki sayıda hesap açabilirsiniz:
- 2 Standart (USD) hesabı
- 2 Ham (USD) hesabı
- 2 Limitsiz (USD) hesabı
- 2 Sıfır (USD) hesabı (yalnızca MT5)
EUR gibi başka bir para biriminde işlem yapmak isterseniz, her hesap türü için EUR bazında ayrı ayrı en fazla iki hesap daha açabilirsiniz.

Why can’t I open a new trading account?
You may be unable to open a new trading account because you have reached the maximum account limit.
Account limit:
Each account type: Standard, Raw, Limitless, and Zero (available on MT5 only) is limited to two (2) trading accounts per nominated currency across both MT4 and MT5 platforms.
Example:
If your chosen trading currency is USD, you can open up to two accounts for each type, such as:
- 2 Standard (USD) accounts
- 2 Raw (USD) accounts
- 2 Limitless (USD) accounts
- 2 Zero (USD) accounts (MT5 only)
If you wish to trade in another currency, such as EUR, you can also open up to two accounts per account type in EUR separately.
