To make a deposit, please follow these steps:
- Log in to Your Member Area: Use your credentials (email and password) to access the system.
- Navigate to the Funds Section: Once logged in, locate and click on the “Funds” tab in the main navigation menu.
- Select the Deposit Option: Within the Funds section, choose “Deposit” from the dropdown menu to continue with the deposit process.
- Select E-Wallet (Electronic Wallet): Choose the preferred E-Wallet that you wish to top up balance. The funds will be credited to the selected wallet once processed.
- Choose a payment method: Select from the available payment options, such as cryptocurrency, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, or bank transfers.
Note: Available methods may vary depending on your registered region. - Enter your deposit details: Specify the amount you wish to deposit and provide the required payment information.
- Confirm and complete the transaction: Review the transaction summary and click “Send Request.”
- For crypto deposits, you will receive a deposit address in the supported blockchain. Transfer your funds to that address to complete the deposit.
- For other payment methods, you will be redirected to the payment provider’s page to complete the process or prompted to follow additional on-screen steps (such as entering an OTP for card payments).
- Check your transaction history: Once the transaction is processed, the funds will be credited to your account.
