Simply log in to your member area and click on the Withdraw section from the menu. Please note that to protect all parties against fraud and to mitigate the risk of money laundering and/or terrorist financing, we process withdrawals/refunds back to the source of the initial deposit based on our MIMO (Money-In-Money-Out) Policy as follows:
Credit/debit card withdrawals:
Once a withdrawal request is submitted, regardless of the chosen withdrawal method, we will process it via this option for the total amount of the initial deposit
E-wallet and Crypto Wallet withdrawals:
Withdrawals from e-wallets and crypto wallets will be processed after all credit/debit card deposits have been fully refunded.
Other methods:
For other methods, including international wire and local bank transfer, we use them once deposits are made, with the methods above being fully refunded.
All withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 working hours, and they will appear as pending withdrawals in your member area. If you select an incorrect withdrawal method, your request will be processed according to the MIMO policy as mentioned above.
All withdrawals will be processed in the currency of the initial deposit. If the deposit currency differs from the transfer currency, we will convert the amount based on the exchange rate of the transaction method.
