Follow these simple steps to complete verification and unlock full access to your account:
- Log in to my.tradequo.com
- Click your Profile icon (top right – circle with your initials)
- Select “Verification” from the dropdown menu
The system will guide you through uploading your documents. If everything is submitted correctly, verification can take as little as 5 minutes!
📄 Document Requirements: Proof of Identity (POI)
Ensure your document meets all of the following:
- Clear and readable
Includes:
- ID number
- Full name (matching your TradeQuo account and Proof of Residence)
- Date of birth
- All four corners visible
- Signature and photo clearly visible
- Government-issued
- Valid for at least one more month
✅ Accepted POI Documents:
- International Passport
- National ID Card
- Driver’s License
- Permanent Residence Card
⏱️ Your documents will be reviewed within 24 hours.
Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and can proceed to deposit and start trading.
